Where is your showroom?

We are located at 240 Burnley Street, Richmond, Vic., Australia, 3121 and are open from 9:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 10:30am to 4:00pm Saturdays. To organise an appointment or an on-site project consultations, please give us a call or send us an email.

 

What is the condition of sale?

All online orders require full payment prior to production.

 

What is your lead-time?

Our standard lead-time for items to be blown is 5-6 weeks. Dependent on the time of the year these lead-times may be shortened.

 

Can you deliver orders?

Due to the nature of the glass being fragile we prefer collection although we can deliver anywhere nationally as well as internationally, at your expense. These prices are calculated once the goods are packed.

 

Do you offer a trade price?

Trade prices are tailored on case-by-case basis dependent on volume, styles, and sizes. Please enquire via email if you believe this applies.

 

How to install the lights?

A qualified electrician will be required to install our lights. For further information please refer to our instruction and cleaning manual.

  

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the handblown glass we have a zero refund policy however, we will honor a 24 hour cooling off period.

 

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranties will be honored for a 12-month period from the date of purchase on

faulty or damaged componentry (excluding bulbs) as deemed by a Mark

Douglass Design service agent. If the warranty claim is due to incorrect installed

and/or misuse of the fittings instructions (ES (E27) max 60w bulbs, SES (E14)

max 60w bulbs, G9 20w max bulb, G4 20w max bulb) a ‘call out’ fee will apply.

A ‘call out’ fee will also apply if a Mark Douglass Design service agent finds:

       a) It is not a Mark Douglass Lighting Fitting

       b) It has not been installed as per manufacturers instructions

       c) It has not been installed according to AS 3000 wiring regulations and a Licensed Electrical    contractor

       d) There is no Proof of Purchase.

Please note: Travelling time to remote areas is not covered by the warranty.
